The Doonan Clinic is set in tranquil gardens and native forest in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia

The clinic comprises of segregated male and female treatment rooms, with the ability to accomodate 16 patients at any one time. A consultation room and an area dedicated to the creation of Freda's herbal formulations.

We have a small dedicated team that run the clinic alongside Freda.

Freda at her Clinic in Doonan Freda is an Accredited Fellow Member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) in Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Diet & Nutrition, Remedial & Oriental Remedial Therapy.
She is also an Accredited Fellow Member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) in Acupuncture.

Freda is vitally involved with Natural Therapies and has served as a Director of ANTA for many years. She is currently the National Acupuncture Chairperson, National Nutrition Chairperson and Chairperson of the National Ethics Committee. She has recently retired as President of this Association.

Freda Dunn’s Clinic is based in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia where for last 25 years Freda has run one of the busiest Naturopathic practices and Acupuncture clinics in Australia.

Freda is recognized by most Health Funds. Eg MBF, Medibank Private, HBA, HCF, HBA, ARHG health fund group, Manchester Unity, Australian Health Management, etc. etc.

Larry is an Accredited Fellow Member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) in Acupuncture. He is also a Fellow Member of the Australian Natural Therapies Assoc in Acupuncture and Remedial & Sports Massage

Larry is an experienced Acupuncturist and Remedial & Sports Masseuse. He has over 25 years experience, the last 15 of these on the Sunshine Coast. He also acts as the Acupuncture Locum for the Clinic.

Tony Holcroft

Tony is the longest serving member of the staff having worked for the Clinic Acupuncture sessions for over 14 years. He specialises in Chronic Remedial Conditions and Sports Therapy. His unique style has caught the attention of a number of world champion athletes who regularly consult with him on a private basis.

Maureen Provis

Maureen

Maureen has worked at this Clinic for over 12 years as a Masseuse using a blend of Remedial & Oriental Remedial Massage techniques. She holds a Certificate 1V in Remedial Massage plus many hours of experience.

In addition to her massage work, Maureen makes all of the herbal medicines; herbal capsules and the Natural Skin & Hair range products. She is responsible for mailing out the orders, etc. A very busy girl.

Sarah Taylor

Sarah has recently joined our team of masseuses and is proving to be a valuable member of the Staff. She can remain calm and focused regardless of the busy clinics she helps us to manage.
She currently holds a Cert 4 in Remedial Massage and is continuing her studies to complete her Diploma by June this year. She is also currently studying for qualifications in Reflexology, which she hopes to attain within the next few weeks.

Sue Drinkwater

Sue joined us about 3 years ago and donates a few hours of her time each week making the products: herbals, & assists with labeling and packaging the products. She has become a valued member of our staff.
